Waters Computer Consultants built a Client Register for our Family Services Agency. This involved regular meetings and weekly contact, over a 6 month period, in designing a register tailored to our needs, as well as creating a Register which would enable us to import our previous data into it. They listened carefully to our requests, regularly checked that the system was what we wanted, and discussed various options with us to ensure the system met our needs.
Once the register was built Waters Computer Consultants provided training to our staff in how to use the register, as well as ongoing support with the system once the agency started using it.
We are very happy with the final product, as it is simple to use, yet provides us with all the data we require for our business use.
